Why does it cost more to order an assembled product?
Assembled products cost more due to the increased cost for additional labor and shipping charges due to the larger size of the package being delivered.
What is your return policy?
The products sold at WesternRedCedarPatio.com are guaranteed to satisfy! If you change your mind about your purchase from us or need to return it for any reason, please email us within 15 days for a Return Authorization Form. We will make arrangements to exchange, replace, or accept your return and refund you the original amount of the purchase price less shipping. Returns for refund are subject to a 5% restocking fee and must be received in original packaging in new, unused, undamaged condition. A return for refund does not come under our warranty conditions below, therefore you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
What is your warranty?
If you recieve a defective item WesternRedCedarPatio.com will, at its discretion and expense, replace any parts that are found defective within 30 days of purchase. WesternRedCedarPatio.com must be notified by email with supporting pictures of defective item or part. Our warranty only covers replacement of the defective item or part, not a refund of the purchase price. In the event you decide to cancel the order for a refund the customer will be responsible for returning the item to us as outlined in our returns policy above.
What if my product arrives damaged?
When receiving delivery of your shipment be sure to open each box and inspect your product before accepting delivery. If you discover your product is damaged, refuse delivery or notate damage on shippers copy of freight bill. Then contact WesternRedCedarPatio.com and we will replace the item at no cost to you. In the event the customer decides to cancel the order for a refund the customer will be responsible for returning the item to us as outlined in our returns policy above.
If you accept the damaged shipment without inspecting, keep all packaging and email us within 3 days of the specific damage with supporting pictures. WesternRedCedarPatio.com will handle all correspondence with UPS and arrange for a replacement part to be shipped out to you. If an item is found damaged beyond repair WesternRedCedarPatio.com will initiate a claim with the shipping company and ship a replacement product to you.
If original packaging is discarded before UPS inspects, or damaged items are shipped back to our production warehouse by the customer without a Return Authorization Form WesternRedCedarPatio.com reserves the right to withhold replacements until replacement costs are sastisfied by the customer. In the event the customer decides to cancel the order for a refund the customer will be responsible for returning the item to us as outlined in our returns policy above.
How long will it take to receive my product?
Orders addressed to continental United States, Canada, and Mexico are shipped UPS ground and take between 6 to 9 buisness days to arrive. Hawaii and Alaska shipments are shipped via UPS 3 day air and are subject to additional ship fees. Email us for a ship quote on this service.

Our unassembled kits include all nessassary hardware and the same high quality materials and craftsmanship as the pre-assembled version. All components have been pre-cut, drilled and sanded. Easy to follow and fully illustrated intruction sheets are included, and in most cases customers will find average assembly time of 15 minutes to one hour.
Assembled Kit This option will satisfy customers who can't afford the time and need to have their new furniture ready for use as soon as possible. Most of our assembled kits, depending on individual items, comes 70% - 90% completed, with remaining structures pre-drilled and pre-fitted to provide the customer with minimal set-up effort.
Is it Difficult to Assemble a Kit?

Is my Product Shipped Finished or Unfinished?
Our products are shipped unstained and will weather outdoors to a fine gray patina within a couple of years. You can enjoy the natural graying or protect them with a quality stain or sealer from your local hardware store when they reach the stage of weathering you prefer.
